How the savings calculation works

Every order has a maximum expected value defined at registration. When the team logs the quotes received from different vendors and chooses to accept the most favorable one, an automation runs automatically: the card becomes the "winner," the other quotes for that order are rejected, and the order moves to "purchase approved," already showing the final value obtained and the price balance between what was forecast and what was actually paid.

How to accept a quote and see the savings generated

Register the quotes received from each vendor for the order.
