In Jestor, the order management template includes a "conveyor" view that shows every order and merchandise being separated, with indicators showing how many items are in each stage: shipping, separating, and separated.

How the conveyor works

Every new order automatically enters the shipping stage. As the team moves through the process, the order gets moved to separating, then separated, and finally delivered. The indicators at the top of the conveyor show, in real time, how many orders are in each of these stages — except for delivered ones, which drop off the tracking since they're already with the customer.
