How do you split project expenses into pending and paid while keeping everything synced with the ERP?
In Jestor, project expenses are organized into two separate views — pending and paid — and every expense created automatically generates a matching payable in Omie, keeping both systems always in sync.
How the split works
When a new expense is created, it's linked to the project, the vendor, the category, and the corresponding bank account, with a set value and date. As soon as it's created, that expense automatically generates a payable in Omie and shows up on the pending expenses list. Once payment is made in the ERP, simply mark the expense as paid in Jestor so it moves from the pending list to the paid list.

How to record and track an expense
- Go to the pending expenses page and click the expense button.
- Select the project, vendor, category, and bank account.
- Enter the value and date of the expense, then save — the payable is automatically created in Omie.
- Once payment is made, mark the expense as paid so it moves to the other list.
